Inspirational Quote

This quote speaks volumes. We push so hard for change and change is happening. Laws are getting passed and movements are being made, but our habits continue to overshadow these accomplishments. Fast fashion, our need to have the newest items, buying what we don’t need, and then wasting so much of it, this is the issue. Our consumption habits need to change and they need to change now. Especially in the US, this unnecessary consumerist behavior is a part of life and a social norm which makes it such hard habit to break. Start small and build upon changes you’ve made, there is so much you can do individually. Don’t lose hope because it’s overwhelming, we are all in this together
