The Viv Menstrual cup is a reusable 100% medical-grade silicone menstrual cup.

Our flexible and soft cup is dark-colored to prevent discoloration and built with a ring stem for a seamless removal and insertion. The cup was designed with comfort in mind, with the ridges in place to ensure there is no internal slippage.

To use, simply fold the menstrual cup in half and insert it as you would a tampon.

After allowing the cup to open up, it can be used for up to 12 hours.

With proper care, the cup can last up to 10 years. The viv cup helps reduce the risk of toxic shock syndrome, bacteria infections, and cramps.

The Viv cup is a great option for environmentally conscious and busy menstruators. Power through your workday without the worry to change your pad or tampon. Save money and time without the need to purchase disposable menstrual products.

the cup size guide for your body & flow

The Viv cup can be emptied 2-4 times a day, used up to 12 hours. After some use, you will have a better understanding of your flow and your habits of needing to empty it.

Other Circumstances:

We recommend the small if you are a first-time menstrual cup user or if you are in your teen years! If you have given birth, pay attention to your cervix position. If it is low then you should use a small. Also pay attention to your flow! It may have changed. For a low-sitting cervix, try the small for a stronger fit. You are very fit with stronger cervix muscles, try the small.

How Do I Know If My Flow Is Heavy Or Light?

The Viv Cup- Small

Spotting: a couple drops here and there, may not even require sanitary protection, although you may want some!

Very Light Bleeding: needing to change a low absorbency or regular tampon or pad once or twice a day, although you may want to change them more.

Light- Moderate Bleeding: needing to change a low absorbency or regular tampon or pad three or four times a day, although you may want to change them more.

The Viv Cup- Large

Moderate Bleeding: needing to change a regular/super tampon or pad three or four times a day, although you may want to change them more.

Heavy Bleeding: needing to change a high absorbency tampon or pad three or four times a day, although you may want to change them more.

How Do I Know What Folds To Use?

We highly recommend practicing the folds as well as trying out a couple to find the most comfortable insert technique for you.
